Being a part of an insurance company's direct repair program (DRP), means we take on the role of damage appraisal for your insurance company, following their guidelines and ensuring an accurate damage analysis.
After your insurance company sends us your 'assignment' -all of your claim details and vehicle information- , we send your estimate and vehicle photos to your insurance company through an online program. Your insurance company then reviews our estimate and photos of the damage and grants their approval within a predetermined time frame, depending on the insurance provider. The Direct Repair Program make the repair process faster and easier for you."
If we are not apart of your insurance company's DRP, don't worry! You have the right to choose your repair facility. We will still assist you through the claim and repair process as our valued customer.
